An e-Learning resource, sponsored by Mundipharma International Limited, that aims to improve communication skills of all healthcare professionals involved in cancer care. We are very pleased to let you know that MundiPharma launched the cancer tales e-learning resource, which was set up by former European Pain Federation EFIC® President, Prof. Kress and the advisory board of MundiPharma. This is a tool which we hope will be well received by all qualified healthcare professionals in the management of cancer patients and improve communication skills.

The Spanish e-CME program implementation is endorsed by SED (Spanish Society of Pain) and each of the 8 online modules has National accreditation by the Ministry of Health. The complete program is adapted and also coordinated together with the National Advisory Board, who act as Scientific Committee. The first 4 modules are going to be available during 2011 and each one will have 2 tutors to lead a FORUM and to increase the participation of the scientific community. OPENMinds was formed in 2002 with the objectives of:

OPENMinds Primary care is a pan-European primary care steering group focused on supporting primary care physicians in the effective management of chronic pain, including the appropriate use of opioids.

•Raise awareness of the under-management of pain in primary care
•Facilitate lobbying of governments
•Deliver education to primary care physicians
